Amar Meye Durga (My Daughter Durga) is an empowerment initiative by RGB Welfare Foundation that focuses on training 50,000 girls across Bengal in self-defense. The campaign aims to equip girls with crucial skills for their safety and confidence, regardless of their socio-economic background.
Named after the powerful goddess Durga, this initiative symbolizes strength, courage, and resilience. We believe every girl deserves to feel safe and empowered in her daily life.
What We Do
- Free self-defense training sessions for girls aged 8-18
- Training by certified instructors in martial arts and self-defense techniques
- Awareness workshops on personal safety and women's rights
- Building confidence and mental strength along with physical skills
